Delicious Fried Chicken Recipe 





Ingredients:


Chicken Drumsticks 1 kg

Garlic and ginger paste 1 tbsp
Green Chilli chopped 1-2
hot Sauce 1-2 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp(optional)
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
dry Coriander powder 1 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
paprika powder 1 tsp
oregano 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
food color 1 pinch (optional )
Fresh coriander chopped 2 tbsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour (maida)2-3 tbsp
cornflour 2 tbsp

1 Egg
Oil for fry


Green Chutney ：

Plain Yogurt 1 cup
Fresh coriander chopped
mint leaves
Green Chilli chopped 1-2
Salt to taste


Mayo Sauce ：

Mayonnaise 1 cup
tomato Ketchup 1/3 cup
hot Sauce 2-3 tbsp
mustard paste 1-2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
