Black pepper 2.5tbsp
Ajwayen 3tbsp
Zeera 10tbsp
Dhania 15tbsp
Anardana 2tbsp
Crushed red chilli flakes 100g
Makai flour 250g
Onions minced and drained 3.5kg (2kg after drain)
Tomato 2kg (0.1kg blended and 1.9kg cut)
Green chillies paste 0.5 kg
