2.     chicken stock 2 cup

3.     vinigar 1 tab sp

Method

·         boil chicken and make a small piece

·         in 2 cup chicken stock add all ingredients accept corn flour and egg.

3. سرکہ 1 ٹیب سپ

4. سویا ساس 1 ٹیب سپ

5. 1 انڈا

6. مکئی کا آٹا

7. نمک حسب ذائقہ

8. کالی مرچ 1/2 چائے کا سپ

9. مکئی 3 ٹیب اسپ کو ابالیں۔

10. نوڈولس 1/2 کپ ابالیں۔

 

طریقہ

چکن کو ابال کر ایک چھوٹا ٹکڑا بنا لیں۔

2 کپ چکن اسٹاک میں تمام اجزاء شامل کریں مکئی کا آٹا اور انڈا قبول کریں۔

ابالنے پر انڈے کو تھوڑا سا ڈال دیں۔ اور کارن فلور کو پانی میں ملا کر سوپ میں ڈال دیں جب سوپ گاڑھا ہو جائے تو آنچ بند کر دیں۔
