Hot & Spicy Pasta 


Ingredients

·         Macaroni or Pasta 1cup

·         Water 4 cups

·         Salt 1 tsp

·         Oil 1 tbsp

·    Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook macaroni or pasta in the boiling

 water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes.  Reserve ½

 cup for macaroni water for sauce.

·         Garlic 2 cloves

·         Onion 1 (small)

·         Olive oil 2 tbsp

·         Tomato paste 1/3 cup

·         Chilli flakes (Kuti lal mirch)  2 tsp

·         Red chilli powder ( lal mirch) 1 tsp

·         Salt ¼ tsp

·         Black pepper  (kali mirch) ½ tsp

·         Oregano ½ tsp

·         Sugar (chini) ½  tbsp

·         Milk (doodh) ½ cup

·         Heavy cream (whipping cream) ½ cup

·         Chicken cube 1 (optional)

·         Cheddar cheese ½ cup

·         Mozzarella cheese ½ cup

·         Unsalted butter ( Makkhan) 1tbsp

·     Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook macaroni or pasta in the boiling

water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes.  Reserve ½

cup for macaroni  water for sauce.

·     Add oil , onion garlic in a saucepan over medium heat; stir in  salt, and pepper  tomato

 paste about 5 minutes.  Add macaroni then  Pour milk into mixture while continuously

 stirring until mixture smooth and bubbling, about 5 minutes. Add Cheddar and mozzarella

 cheese into pan  and stir until cheese is melted, 2 to 4 minutes.
